Hacking Would The Wii Be Able To Emulate 3DS Games?

Uh no. 3ds has two chips, arm9 and arm11. Arm11 handles everything releated to 3ds end. Arm 9 while in 3ds mode is the security processor. When in ds mode, arm11 goes into a low power state and arm9 becomes the main chip, handling ds games. This is still highly unlikely.
You are right, but also wrong. The 3DS has 3 cpu, a Texas Instruments ARM7 chip that is hardly but surely visible on the 3ds mainboard for gba backwards compatible audio mainly. Sorry for my mistake about ARM11 though, but an ARM9 chip could still turn out handy for that, since nonnative emulation on 700 mhz could be painful.

Well... I think you can emulate anything on anything. In this case you can emulate 3DS on Wii, but a less than 1 FPS :rofl2:
