i don't understand this ( Copy fwTool.nds from the nds folder in the Flipnote Lenny .zip file to the root of your SD card ) i don't have any fw tool.nds

Are you booting TWLMenu++ in that screen above?
If so, after launching a game, wait a few minutes.

Try reformatting the SD card using SDFormatter (if you're on Windows).

Yes.
Backup the SD card contents before formatting though.

While going further down, do you see "TWLMENU"?
If not, get "boot.nds" from TWiLight Menu++'s .7z file, in "DSi&3DS - SD card users", and put the .nds on the SD root.
