Hacking GBA Backup Tool Not loading certain games.

Okay I have officially cleaned everything with rubbing alcohol both Slot-1 and Slot 2 and even my Acekard2i and Mario & Luigi cartridge.
I have exhausted myself in trying to get this to work and I think I can finally call it a day. I already have both files downloaded,
soooo WHAT THE HECK IS THE POINT IN TRYING ANYMORE. Totally done. I'm about 99.9% sure it's a real game. I'm going to try
Wario Land 4 out one more time and if that doesn't work I'm done.

Both Wario Land 4 and Mario & Luigi are EUR cartridges should I be changing anything in DS Lite settings or even in
the AceKard2i / Gateway 3DS settings? To rip these games properly? This is my last resort because I can't find anything
else wrong with what my card looks like compared to the games I already ripped.

Neither GBA nor DS are region locked. I've really no idea what could be wrong here.

• The no-intro database only has one Wario Land 4 ROM for USA an EU region
• Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga has a European version (likely more languages than US)

VERY elusive games? I'm not getting any further so I mine as well give up. The games are already downloaded like I said
a few times before, I think it might be best for my mental health if I stop trying lol.

EDIT:
Okay I just got another GBA game in the mail another EUR one (Wario Ware, Inc.) that didn't rip properly either.
Are there any settings I could have possibly changed in the GBA Tool program itself? I really don't know the problem here.

It certainly is not necessary to dump those games yourself (although the legal status is different… but meh… I would not care and feel good with these downloads).

This is IMHO more a case of "Do you want to find out? Or simply give up and finally start playing?"


Maybe trying a completely different setup for dumping could give an answer (if you have all that stuff – buying it just for testing if the two games can be copied does not make much sense):

• GameCube + Game Boy Player + GBI
  • Requires a possibility to start homebrew on the Cube.

–or–

• Wii with Homebrew Channel + GBA + Game Boy Advance ↔ Gamecube link cable + GBA Link Cable Dumper

It sounds like the option here for me. I'm sick of trying and not getting anywhere. It's too frustrating.

I just can't see my self buying all that equipment for 2 games that I ALREADY have downloaded. I think
I'll play it calmly and not rage to no end trying to find out what I'm doing wrong. But for one last time...
could someone give me the right Allocation unit size for formatting and it has to be FAT32 right? I'm
just making sure I do EVERYTHING right. Because this is really irritating me that no one can figure out
this problem, it's gotta be something simple (it just has to be!)
