well I tried that
But I can’t format the SD file (write protected I don’t know why?)
And I only get 32 gig out of 200 gig as space (fat32)
is there a hidden partition or something like that?
That sounds like a fake mSD or some crap might have locked up the mSD or your PC might have virus, try other mSD reader...
My brother has got a few mSD that are write protected and I tried many apps and the bastards don't let getting formatted no matter what PC (other thing for example is my father has a USB card reader and on his one all the bigger SD are write protected while on my laptop or USB card reader they work fine so it probably got bad or some pin got kaput inside or maybe just the notch that reads the side protection of the bigger SD...).
And you do get a hidden partition if you create the emunand as partition instead of just files with SX OS, it's way easier to backup as files since it's just files, however the partition also has a big advantage since it uses nintendo file system and prevents exFat corruption on "normal use", but I'm sure the partition would be a copy of the original nand so I don't think a 200GB mSD would only show 32GB free (though I never tried it, I only used Fat32 for 1st emunand install since my console is on 3.02 then update emunand with choidujour and add exFat support then I backup the files and format the mSD as exFat and always use it as exFat even though my sysnand has no exFat support)...

I had this happen to me multiple times. That sd card partition gets F*** up.. I always manage to fix this. At least 99%.
I assume you use windows 10.
1.Right click on windows symbol.
2.Chose disk managment.
3. Find your sd card
4. Right click on what is your sd card.
5. Delete partition
6. After job done, right click on in again and chose format...
Now it should allocate full disk space
If not try try to command line..
Search disk part and run as admin
Then list disk
Then select disk (number of you sd card)
Then type clean. And press enter
After that close and for back to disk managment and try again
Sorry 4 my poorly English writing
Sadly that worked 0% of the times I tried for my brother's mSD's lol, I also tried registry modding, apps, lot of crap and they got completely locked, nothing allows me to format them, neither forcing.
I also tried fixing a USB pen drive from a friend in the same condition and no luck no matter what, but anyway he was so dumb to buy it on a Chinese store and even paid like double the price of an actual electronics store from here lol dumb...
However I my self never had that problem with any mSD, SD or USB pen drive even my super old 256MB usb pen drive is still fully working even though is a bit rusted...
For anyone considering buying SX OS, I do not recommend it until all issues with the latest update are properly fixed. Do not upgrade your Switch to version 9.0.0. It was definitely a big disrespect for their consumers to release such a problematic version of SX OS and say it has full compatibility with 9.0.0 firmware version.
You can always update emunand to 9.0 with choidujour by using SX OS 2.8 and then after its done replace the SX OS 2.8 with 2.9 (boot.dat) even though there seem to be more bugs with 2.9, but it will work with FW 9.0 that way and anyway TX will soon make a FW upgrading tool (at least its said somewhere on this thread).
