Also not sure if you know but you can convert x2m files in to zip and see the contents inside and use them I’m still a noob at this stuff

With all these 60 fps patches being released does anyone know if there's one available for Xenoverse 2? It only runs 60fps for 1v1s sadly.

Has anyone got any X2M mods working yet?

It's been a very long time and I've not been keeping up with things too well.

Would very much appreciate an update on the matter.

I didn't think it would work but I'm actually surprised!

After extracting the files from the X2M of this Animated Tail Mod and pretty much placing them in the regular places you might put them in the directory before packing it, it sure enough worked. I have an animated tail.

I'm not sure if this was something that was done at this point so I'm reporting it now on the chance it wasn't because it may prove useful.

I’m Still learning and happy to know that that worked out for you. I’m also gonna start to mod fighter to see if I can add custom characters but i dont know yet.

I am trying to add this mod to my switch , do you think there is a chance you could do it ro somebody else could ?

Thank you so so much .

Im not to sure this will work but I’ll try and if it does I’ll post the data file. Even if the mod does work the game would run terribly

It's still a tiny bit touch and go with it. While it animated the Saiyan Tail accessory, every other accessory featuring a tail besides the Kakunsa Tail and Kakunsa Set had the tails simply vanish. At least when dealing with Saiyans...

Right now, I'm trying to see if I can find a way to get the other tails animated instead of up and vanishing. Fingers crossed!

so I’ve tried to get it like the video and pictures showed but the only thing that worked was the anime shaders

When it came to custom outfits and accessory I had to replace existing clothing to the modded ones by changing the number to a outfit that exists. not sure if this will help maybe try changing a existing accessory

That's actually sorta how I've been going about it. The Saiyan Tail is just the regular accessory with the animated version over it. I guess it's possible that IDs for them are different but then that wouldn't directly explain the missing tails while the headpieces are still present.

EDIT: I've just realized, again you're right! There's no replacement files for the accessories with missing tails. I just need to know the IDs of them if I'm not mistaken!

EDIT 2: Or I can apparently prove myself wrong and see that they are in fact there. Back to square 1...

Hopefully you figure it out, right now I’m trying to figure out why shaders don’t effect certain dlc characters my guess it the files are named different but not sure yet

I'd like to think I'd get somewhere but truthfully, I only managed to get myself into modding properly just yesterday. I figured your notice of being able to extract X2M files was worth trying and that's how I got anything done. Nothing else seems to have worked though.

Ima try the tail mod see if I can’t figure something out for you
Thanks! Although I did find something convenient here. Part of that mod has a version of the Super Saiyan 4 fur that has the tail attached to it. Basically, the tail's part of the bust, complete with the animations, as opposed to being an accessory. So if nothing more, at least there's something to use there. The other bit is a little odd though.

Welp I tried many things and so far I managed to get the ssj4 tail by it self work (no ssj4 hair)and 2 others are glitched so as of right now I’m not sure where to go from here.

So we're in a similar position then? Well, thanks for trying anyway.

Still, I wonder what the problem is...

My guess has to be with the way the switch adds the mods the (layeredfs) we probably need to add the mods directly into the game itself like on pc but that would take awhile
Yeah, it still doesn't look like there's any X2M support either, which doesn't help.

Hey, I don't suppose anyone knows what the official transformation files are labelled as and what directory they're located in? I figure that if we can't add New Transformations, maybe we can overwrite the existing ones with Lazybone's transformations to get something fresh.

When are going to release the video

They'll most likely do it when everything's consistent enough to do so and you can do what you want with regards to mods. As it stands right now, it's very touch and go with a lot of things. Because of the shifted data in the game's code between the Switch version and the other versions.
