IOSUHax/CBHC/Haxchi/Mocha SD loader error codes list:
-1 : HBL related, can't open or not enough memory to open HBL elf file
-2 : HBL related, entry point not found
-3 : SD Card not found
-4 : SD card found, can't mount it
-5 : SD Card found, can mount it, can't find/read/open the file
-6 : not enough memory to open file

remember that all the apps need to be on the WiiU/apps not only apps, because thats for the Wii side

do you have a screenshot of the wiiu folder?

ok, cause some times certain sd cards don't work well with wii u

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Oh, by the way, I saw before you said you had to press the sync button to get the menu in cbhc, I think it is actually the home button on the game pad
Yes, but my gamepad is not synced to the console, so I can't do nothing on it atm.. is there a way ti sync the gamepad or wiimote through a "bruteforce"

Well, It gives me the -5, so the system is not bricked, thank god x)
The last owner has set a app that i still don't know what it is, or a specific file is missing..
I heard about a kind of CBHC cleaner that we use our pc to remove from a extracted slc, but can't remember the name

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

No, that's why I think Haxchi was installed over CBHC, I can't even access CBHC menu through the Sync button
Pretty sure you hold Home on boot to access the CBHC menu and not sync. Try that.
Also, download both homebrew_launcher_rpx.v2.1.zip and homebrew_launcher.v1.4.zip from here: https://github.com/dimok789/homebrew_launcher/releases
Extract both to the SD card so that you have the .rpx and .elf files in wiiu\apps\homebrew_launcher.

Like I said, the gamepad is not synced to the console, so I can't do anything.. Also yes, you can access CBHC through the sync button, 1x click to navigate and 2x clicks to select the option

arent you suppose to hold A when booting it because it's doing a shortcut? because it wasn't set in haxchi
-3 is normally sd card read error

-3 means that coudn't find the SD card,
-5 can find and read the SD, but can't find the file
Also like I said before, my gamepad is not synced to the console =[

8 gb is fine for the sd card but the only issue is you have to install games by putting them on the sd card first so you couldn't install a game over 7.xx gb. So to install bigger games you would need a bigger sd card, and most likely an external hard drive with y cable other than the 32 gb you have on internal on the Wii U.

How to sync gamepad to console

Press the SYNC buttons on the Wii U Console and the Wii U GamePad to pair them. Press the SYNC button on the Wii U Console twice. Use the GamePad stylus to press the SYNC button on the back of the Wii U GamePad

I can't sync, like I said before, it brings me to the -5 error at boot, I can't sync the gamepad to the console in this situation, I think

That makes sense, but I think you got sold a console that at least in the previous owner's mind can't be fixed. Hope you didn't pay much.

The most expensive part of a Wii U is the gamepad though, you might have to buy a console only. It's very suspicious to me that it's not synced to the console. I wonder if it was ever synced to the console.

It was cheap, still, I'm sure it has a fix for it

probably has it set to a shortcut that you press a button on the controller tablet , now you need to make sure you have all the files, and did you connect via usb a controller ?

I feel like this story is missing too many details

Those shortcuts on the tablet would be for regular Haxchi, not Coldboot Haxchi. I don't believe you can make any shortcuts for Coldboot Haxchi on the tablet the only thing you can do is hit home button upon boot to enter the options like in the picture above, or if no autoboot option is set it will go straight there upon boot.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

OP did you put Homebrew_Launcher 1.4.elf in wiiu/apps folder?

The full path has to be exactly wiiu/apps/homebrew_launcher/homebrew_launcher.elf

homebrew_launcher is a folder. I still don't know if that will give you the opportunity to ever sync the gamepad though.

If the DS game was removed from the nand while using CBHC and CBHC was never uninstalled he's bricked nothing he can do.

With -5 at boot it sounds like to me the previous owner had Autoboot set to Homebrew Launcher, and that is not on the sd card properly. So I have a strong feeling doing what I said in the previous post might fix the issue. Again though it's odd to me the gamepad is not synced and I'm not sure if you can sync it while in Homebrew Launcher.

Homebrew launcher is on my SD as well, I wanted to know if there's a way to see a kind of "log" and discover what file is missing, -5 helps but not much D:

The DS game is installed on the Nand, if it was remove, I'd show the 160-0103 error

Well, I can't access this menu, also the CBHC "autobooting" doesn't appear on boot to me, so idk if it has CBHC or if Haxchi was installed over CBHC
