Ok, i'm gonna test it out and update any progress asap, one question, can i do ot with a 8 gb sd card?
Any SD card will do. The reason a smaller card is preferred is to minimize time spent on hardware testing with H2testw.

Those instructions are to ensure:
  1. The SD card has been formatted with exact settings compatible with the 3DS.
  2. The SD card does not have hardware defects or issues. (ie, counterfeit / fake card -or- real card that's dying)
  3. The SD setup is the most simplistic as possible.
    • Those two (2) files (Luma3S v7.0.5: arm9loaderhax.bin and SafeB9SInstaller: boot.firm) should elicit a boot response for any 3DS/2DS system hacked with either A9LH or B9S custom firmware.

just a quick side note, what i meant by the fact that i didin't mod it, i meant that i bougth it pre hacked by someone else (it had everything fbi and etc), just to clarify. i'll test the method you just mentioned in a moment.

Ok i followed the guide, did the wizard tool stuff, H2test and verify went smooth, i put the files into the sd and rename the preset .firm to boot.firm and then hold select but still blank , the only thing that its different now is that with the SD in it will stay on indefinetly, without the sd card in its just the old blue ligth blink.

Which FIRM payload did you rename to boot.firm? If you used a previous installed copy of Luma3DS from your main setup, that won't do.

Try the Updating B9S guide with the exception of having SafeB9SInstaller.firm renamed and placed at sdmc:/boot.firm

The FIRM payload i renamed was safeb9installer-->boot.firm (like it said in the instructios), so now i have to do all the stuff in the guide in section 1 rigth?

Are you typing on a smart phone? There are a lot spelling errors that makes reading some of the stuff you wrote hard to follow.

In your post #25,

... rename the preset .firm to boot.firm ...

I wasn't sure if you meant you renamed the present *.firm [from your main setup] to boot.firm. This is being mentioned to double check you're closely following the directions without deviations.

Your 3DS should have launched SafeB9SInstaller with that FIRM payload named as boot.firm like this.

***

If your 3DS still hangs at black screens, it seems the motherboard is not able to properly communicate with the SD card.

1. Check if the SD card write protection switch is not set to the LOCK position. Picture #1.

2. Clean the golden contacts of the SD card. Picture #2.

3. See if the SD card slot reader has dust inside. Clean it with compressed air or vacuum cleaner. Picture #3.

4. Try reinserting the SD card at several different angles to get better connection.

Wait, were you able to successfully launch SafeB9SInstaller on the 3DS?

If you followed through with the Updating B9S, that lets us know your custom firmware is intact, which is positive news.

In order to allow the 3DS to boot HOME Menu without the SD card inserted, you'll need to gain access to GodMode9 and set up CTRNAND Luma3DS.

After updating to boot9strap v1.3 with SafeB9SInstaller,
  1. Install Luma3DS v10.0.1 (or v9.1) and place this at sdmc:/boot.firm
  2. Take GodMode9 v1.8.0 (or v1.7.1) and put this at sdmc:/luma/payloads/GodMode9.firm
    • Due to a possible Luma3DS chainloader bug, you might need to put another FIRM payload in that directory in order to access GodMode9.
  3. Turn on the 3DS. Press and hold (START) to access GodMode9.
  4. To install Luma3DS on the CTRNAND, take the sdmc:/boot.firm and copy that to:
    • [1:] SYSNAND CTRNAND/boot.firm
    • There is a GM9Megascript that does this automatically.
  5. Turn off the 3DS. Remove the SD card. Try to boot to HOME Menu / Recovery Mode / Luma3DS v10.0.1 configuration / Luma3DS chainloader.
If the 3DS fails to boot to HOME Menu at this point, you'll need to attempt 3DS firmware repair with CTRTransfer.

No i havent, its still not working, i said that because of how helpfull you are, its still not letting me into anything, witch leads me to belive i have either comited a mistake or its something else, its my 3ds possibly bricked permanenlty or im just not doing this correctly? (i really REALLY dobule or triple check all the guides and instruction you have given to me).

You did everything correctly as was instructed.

Because you managed to get the 3DS to stay turned on with the SD card inserted as mentioned back in post #25, that gives a clue that the motherboard was able to semi-successfully communicate with the SD card. The boot9strap loader did not immediately turn off the system because it somehow found the boot.firm on that card.

The hang up with the black screens instead of launching the SafeB9SInstaller is a common behavior for a SD card that's poorly seated within the SD slot reader.

I think there might be a pin or two within the reader that's not getting good contact with the card. It's quite common for an o3DS to have a failing reader from wear over time given the age of this model (oldest units dating back 2011).
