Is it possible to add games without
1, a Solder Gun
2, A R4 card
i have not kept up with the scene at all ... last time i checked i needed a solder gun
any help or advice would be awesome

Multiple ways to do it, but what I would do is select the FBI .cia file from within GM9 and then select the option to mount the image. You can then go and browse the image and find a <alphanumerics>.app file. You can then select that, click "NCCH options", and click "Inject in H&S".

You will then be able to launch FBI from the Health and Safety app. From that point you can install everything you need.

Once you're done with everything, you can reset H&S back to its original form from within GM9.

WAIT bro wait .... hear me out i just minutes ago hack the 3ds & its working fine BUT in HBL i only hae 3 things ,,,FBI which in icon says " Open Source Manager " in bottom corner of icon it says 10 services ..............BUT when i hiit FBI it just Flashes RED ,, & nothing happens ...? How Would i Search My SD Card .. to find the CIA Folder i Manually Made ? with my game in it ...

EDIT i found my folders but cant install anything .... the youtube video said copy the FBI.3ds file to my 3ds folder & the FBI.cia file to the ROOT OF SD .... the open FBI & find my FBI.cia ffile and install it .......... that where im stuck,,, found folders not my fbi.cia file on sd card so i can not install it ,,,,,

That was your mistake. Don't follow Youtube videos. Many of them are out of date, incomplete, and inaccurate.

You were given a link to https://3ds.hacks.guide/ . All the instructions you need are there.

If you do not have the patience to follow instructions, then you probably shouldn't be installing CFW, because it's easy to make big mistakes if you're impatient.

It sounds like you have installed the HBL to your 3DS.

When you install apps on the 3DS, the system creates a "ticket" for that app. It has been found in the past that if you have tickets from non-official apps on your system, Nintendo can recognize it and ban your console from online services. I'm not sure how often they ban 3DS's nowadays (pretty much dead at this point), but for me at least I try to install only backups of legitimate titles/tickets.

So for me, I only ever use the H&S injection method. You can inject either FBI, HBL, or Checkpoint into H&S without any issue, and it maintains its valid ticket ID. After I'm done using them, I just restore H&S.

Given that, I can't really help you with HBL. For using FBI, I would very much recommend just injecting it into H&S, though. My understanding is that there are some apps that have system-level permissions (H&S is one of them), and that if you don't launch FBI from one of those contexts, it may not be able to work correctly.

If it was hacked, you wouldn't be getting the red screen.

If you follow the guide to the end, it tells you how to install FBI. If you don't follow the guide to the end, FBI won't work.

Just make sure the card you do choose to use is formatted to Fat32 and 32kb clusters for the 3ds to read the card.

1 TB (both standard and micro) is the largest capacity that's available in today's market, but at that size, sheer cost and loading times would make using something that massive very impractical.

If you're going for a horder's delight build, 128 GB is the ideal size, price point (~$15-20), and acceptable performance when coupled with 64 KB cluster size. The largest successfully tested size are 256 GB cards, but the loading lag is noticeable even with 64 KB cluster size. I suppose if you're getting a card that big, you intend to later use it on a Nintendo Switch or share using it on a smart phone.
