Meh, I don't see how this would tie to it but you can kinda do something for something similar (not as cool and only useful for... quick deployment on retail). Other than that, no idea.

Well 2 days of silence

Looks like fake info out there.
You see, his dvd disc(Ridata budget DVD-R) is a regular single-layer DVD-5 with capacity of 4.7gb(see the pic)
But black ops is about 7gigs, which means it needs Dual-layer DVD-9.
Quite simple - XGD3 game couldn't fit into single-layer DVD, however i saw some people claiming that some XGD2 games can fit into DVD-5:

Yes, you can shrink a 360 game. Actually, you're not shrinking the game, you're just getting rid of the filler. FEAR is under 4.7 gigs once ripped. Earth Defense Force is 1.6 gigs. And there are a FEW others.

And forgot to mention - BO is XGD2 (with ap 2.5),not XGD3.

Of course info could be out-dated (that post seems to be straight from 2007),but even if the guy burned BO to that dvd,
i don't see how it could be possible with current access to the system.

I would call this fake until confirmation from trusted people.

Multiple games got updates last week.

This is further evidence of bullshit. If this was based on a exploit in the drive, no games would need specific patches since you can't change security sectors on read only discs.

This is the worst fake iv seen. This is not real and you haven't made anything. The post above is correct. You cannot change anything in ROM and also the BD-ROM drives in the xbox one have no bios thats readable with current techniques so further confirmation you are talking rubbish. Mods please delete this thread.

Also the privelage escalation is for dev mode only so how you got BO to boot in dev mode is FURTHER confimation you are talking rubbish
