Hacking can the Switch Mini get cfw on it ?

As of now, the Switch Mini hasn't been confirmed yet. Even if it was, it would most likely be patched already and therefore unable to have CFW.

If it ships on a system version that is 7.0.1 or lower, then it might be exploitable using Deja Vu down the road.

Unlikely, whatever revision that's coming will have FG patched, so that won't be an option. It'll also likely have Dormez Vous patched which will prevent us from using the Deja Vu exploit chain if it does come with 7.x. For it to hacked they'd have to come with firmware 5.x, which I doubt Nintendo would do

I doubt any new switch models will lack the ipatches against Fusee-Gelee.
I also doubt Nintendo would ship them with a firmware that is known to be compromised at the TrustZone level.

My guess (hopefully wrong) is that at best, newer switch hardware might get homebrew loading, but no CFW for a long time.

console company have tired many ways to prevent copyright or hacking but all have failed one may took 10 years to crack but they got him lol. point being nobody will know until someone trys

A hardware revision of some kind is basically confirmed though

The newer the hw and sw the more holes will be closed. And even for current hw and sw there are no publicly known exploits.

I know if there exploits in the wait they probably wait for the pro before thinking of releasing it

Even if Kanye somehow ran and won the next election, he wouldn't be president in 2020, the next possible time for a new president elect to take office is January 2021.

Anyway, new Switch models may be crackable someday, but it won't be on launch, and it won't be with the currently known methods. People have to have it in hand and examine it before judging what can be done with it, and how it will need to be done, if possible.
