is this for switch that have been patched?
The specific Switch I was using isn’t patched, but yes, it should work on patched systems

gotta ask, if you would have a 4.0.1 unit that is also vulnerable, would you prefer using standar RCM or pegaswitch?
RCM if I’m at home with my computer, pegaswitch if not at home

Not sure if this is full deja vu?
Can it run hekate?

userland homebrew is already supported by pegaswitch up to 6.x something firmware
standard hbl, but deja vu shouldn't take long to be implemented

incorrect. nvhax was only very recently implemented in a usable form, and is only currently usable on 4.x (and maybe 3.0.x(?))

Glad to hear that. hopefully deja vu is implemented and ported to 4.1.0 also
I don't think 4.1.0 changes that much from 4.0.1 so it shouldn't take too much work if any at all

Hopefully the utilities that allow you to install AutoRCM are able to implement some sort of check to see whether or not the Switch is patched.

hekate and atmosphere already block it and automatically reverse it if they detect it's been install, sxos and reinx do not yet unfortunately (at least last time I checked)

I really need this in my life for doing some tests :v
It’s pretty simple :P

Just download the latest LTS release of node.js (the latest regular release didn’t work for me /shrug) https://nodejs.org/

Git clone https://github.com/noahc3/pegaswitch

Run “npm install” in the pegaswitch directory

Run “node start.js” in the pegaswitch directory

Put the DNS it gives you onto your Switch, and try to connect to the internet, it should bring you to a screen the says Pegaswitch

And run “evalfile usefulscripts/hbl.js”, once it’s done just return to the home menu

After all of that you’ll be able to access the homebrew menu on your 4.x system by opening the album until your reboot the system

After a couple of hours trying finally I could do it!
Had to uninstall Hamachi, install the current or last version of node.js and reinstall python and visual studio many times.
Thanks @ZachyCatGames

Next time paste your error ;) we can help you.

You have to make "npm install" in root folder with node_modules.
Python3 doesn't work, you need to use Python 2.7

I will try now in my 4.1.0 patched. Im worried about connect to internet...

Edit: Working like a charm!

Last edited by NBlack,
so thats up to 4.0.1 or 4.1? and whats the latest for the one needed updated for up to 7.0.1?
4.1.0 is working (test by myself). 4.x means every version of 4

Deja vu is usable with lower version than 8.0 (after that version was patched) but its not released yet.
You can check status in twitter(SciresM).
