It works fine on the latest builds and commits of ReiNX. Reboot to payload also works on the latest commits

So i have a question. My father said that the nintendo switch hardware has a firmware built into it that records data, invluding games played even on cfw, and that data would be sent to the RAM in the motherboard.he said that if i go online even in ofw, the data would be seen by ninty and they would ban me by using the hash code linked to my switc's serial code. is this true?BTW my dad said this.

I hope you are aware RAM is volatile and loses all data stored in it when it stops getting power.

nice to know, how about sx os, u know anything about it?.

Not sure on the latest sx. Haven't tested the newest release sorry

guys a question
does every1 face crashes with atmos when exiting homebrew with home button
if i exit with - button it doesnt crash

Thanks a lot for the reply :)
So if I got it right, with autorcm no fuse will ever burn even if booting on OFW and even if fuse would have burnt, using rcm I'll still be able to restore previous backup ?
Technically you wouldn't be booting real OFW, you are booting a modified version that prevents fuses from being burnt so its really like a bare minimum CFW mode but otherwise yes to both questions.

I can't. The update always fails and reboots my 3DS.

I was gonna say do CTRTransfer to another firmware if you don't have any NAND backup as something is up with your NAND, but I don't think you want to reinstall all your content, what firmware you are on anyway?

Probably a good call. I am pretty sure i am on 11.5

Hi, Guys
I was on OFW 4.1 and I hacked it an later upteded to 6.2 without burning fuses, right know i stayed with cfw 6.2 (AMS 8.4) atmosphere AtlasNX/Kosmos package but before that i did couple modification in software like some patches thats why i would like to make fresh atmosphere and kosmos instalation and i would like to keep my saves and games on sd card, how to do that?

So how does Switch hacking actually work? Is it "permanent" like the 3ds CFW or is it just as easy to boot into regular firmware as it is for custom firmware? Is it easily uninstallable? Can I still boot into regular firmware, play online, and forget about it?

It's tethered, so no, not permanent. You can choose whether to boot OFW or CFW.

It is not even installed, it's just loaded. Even AutoRCM is easy to remove.

To play online and not get banned you'd need a clean SysNAND, so using CFW on an EmuNAND is the way to go. For that you would need SX OS or waiting indefinitely for Atmosphere to implement it. Or you could settle for lan play.

So just to be a bit more specific, hypothetically, I would be able to load CFW and play my CFW games offline and then load OFW and play my OFW games online without getting banned?

Hi, not sure if this is a noob question but I will ask here anyways.

Hi. I have atmosphere installed on my Nintendo Switch and I have found every once in a while when booting into CFW the switch hangs on the nintendo switch logo. In past experiences re-installing CFW works, but I have to reinstall everything I have just to have me reinstall it again in the future. This time I have even swapped SD cards and it is still happening. I want to keep my games and homebrew apps installed so does anyone know if there is any alternative for fixing this.

Thanks in advanced.
