well as usual the TX Haters have some explaining to do, owner of TX arrested, domain confiscated by Nintendo, no doubt this is one post they will stay out of now
Let's ignore the fact that it took two weeks of their 24-48 hour ETA to complete their """"data migration"""".

Not going to argue against your points but this is either the worst data migration I have ever seen OR something is/was up.

well :yay: for replying, but your right something went on there

They have switched URL provider. From Prolocation to Namecheap. Namecheap operate outside Panama so it's safer for the websites there.

(Might explain why it took WAY longer than 48 hours as some said people have said :P)

they would have had to find another host who is out of the way from nintendo to take it down again so easily and that can take time. how do i know it takes time because it's happened to me in the past several times one time it did take a week

Fair enough. But, you can't just give a 24-48 hour ETA. Give no updates and then randomly go back online 2 weeks later with no announcement expecting nobody to get suspicious of what's going on behind the scenes.

Outside of Panama? is there any good points to have domain out (or in) there?

do their gov do the same with the bank accounts too?
Do you remember the Panama Papers?
that's how well hidden stuff is in Panama. If these papers haden't have leaked, we wouldn't be non the wiser.

The Panama papers proved a ton of tax evations etc. This is how well the Panama laws work. They don't share any information at all. So having their websites registred in Panama it's a lot harder to take them down again. I'm still kind of sure Nintendo did something against them, but they managed to move them from Prolocation to Namecheap, before they got seized. If you look at their previous website that was used like ages ago. Nintendo took it from them, but it was a different gang back then.

Good news for SX people. Looks like its the same domain too. Guess Nintendo didn't seize them . Probably should update the closed thread in case people are still checking it since it was updated last week saying it was still inactive.
