Hardware Question about switch screen protector

So today’s I changed my screen protector after along time and I didn’t realize I was putting on the wrong way till I put it on. In this image this is the right way to put it on with those little gaps/holes on the bottom of the screen. The problem is those gaps/holes are on the top portion of my screen. I want to know if that really matters or is the area where the screens not supposed to be covered matters. With my experience atleast for me taking off and putting back the same screen protector is going to end up leaving that bubble thing on the screen. I honestly don’t care that I put my protector the wrong way but if it will end up affecting my switch in anyway, I do care.

You are blocking the light sensor and front facing speakers.

Only thing I could imagine that doing is slightly dampening the system's sound in handheld mode. Doubt it would affect auto screen brightness.

As long as it’s not damaging anything I’m okay, just don’t want a bubble on my screen, I’m sure it’s possible to avoid the bubble but for me and my luck, I doubt it. Also doesn’t the sound come from the back of the switch.

I think you are mistaking the fan vents for speakers

If you look at the portion of dock that interfaces with those vents, it's clear what they're for
