It's a sysmodule built into atmosphere that allows for layeredfs (and in this case, redirecting reads of the nag setting to ensure they're always off), I'm aware that it's not working for at least some people. I'll try to get a fix out/work out what's wrong ASAP.

Create an account and you should be able to, note that they are bound to IP and work like switch accounts (you can make a local one, then link it to a switchbru account to restore from a different ip)

No as Netflix uses DRM and other fancy stuff not implemented at all by the browser

@crc32 Question, is there any way to remove the update nag whenever you put the switch online? (I've tried using the Recovery mode and it did work but I would have to do it every time I go online with my switch, I almost accidentally click on the update button when opening my applications...)

Not currently, we don't have much access do things like that as it basically just launches the built in browser, so it has practically the same feature set unchangeable by me

The latest release uses https://github.com/p-sam/switch-sys-tweak which should stop this, but only while in cfw

i'm anxious to test your supernag fix. how do i install this latest release? i don't see a .nsp or a .nro.
