Is there any place to order this that won't come from aliexpress and take 20 years to get here?

Aliexpress took like 2 weeks for me. But if you want one faster, I guess you need to look for AceNS.

Have you tried using the sx gear files and instructions? Afaik the pro and gear only difference is the color, and I've successfully defalt booted hekate with the gear at one point.
Yes I was able to default boot hekate through my SX Pro as well but that includes altering the boot.dat with CTCaer's python script and if it's altered SX OS can't be booted into any longer.

Hi guys,

I ordered RCMloader by xkit, my switch it's on 6.2.0 ofw and my sd card have 16gb of space formated into exFat

I tried to load payloads, I followed tutos but none payloads loading... Atmosphere latest realese, neither REINX, neither SXOS..

I have loading screen of each one but each time I wanted to go further I got a black screen ..

Seems a config problem.. I you have a clean config can you help me ?

Ho and is new ofw are compatible with RCMloader ?

Thx

First of all: Use FAT32 instead of exFAT. Shouldn't take you too long to copy everything from your SD to a temp folder on your PC, format it and copy it back. It's not the reason why this doesn't work for you but a general advice (exFAT leads to corruption).
That being said, would you mind posting your folder structure on your SD card?

Edit: If you're using Windows, run CMD* on your SD card and run this command:
Code:
dir /s/b/o:n > temp.txt
A temp.txt will be created on your SD card. Post its content here in SPOILER and CODE tags. :)

* WINDOWS KEY + R, type cmd, press ENTER, type in cd X:\ (where X is the drive letter of your SD card)

Thx Lordelan,

I'm on MacOS, I don't understand the temp.txt

I take a screenshot of my sd struct and my RCMloader struct . (pic 1 below)

Atmosphere folder comes from github latest release
Reinx too
SXOS comes from TX website (download latest beta and the boot.dat)

I put each .bin into forlder in xkit's RCMloader

What is your structure ?

Unfortunately my dongle hasn't arrived yet so it's up to the others to help you here for now. :/
From the first look your folders look good though.
However it's not the first time someone has issues with the Switch, using a Mac to put things on his SD card.
Can you boot in hekate? If yes use the tools there to set the archive bit.

I'm on MacOS
Might be worth trying this:

Right before ejecting your microSD on OSX:

  • close all Finder windows that have the microSD opened
  • open Terminal
  • type the following then enter your OSX password
(replace SDcardname with your microSD's volume name)

    Code:
    sudo dot_clean /Volumes/SDcardname

  • then type the following
(replace SDcardname with your microSD's volume name)

    Code:
    sudo chflags -R arch /Volumes/SDcardname

  • eject your microSD from the sidebar of any open Finder window
I know it helped a few people on OSX here.

Just got mine in the mail last night, works as described.

Something missing from the OP is the ability to update the firmware.

Edit: both plugs charge it!

Well Bundat,

I tried your solution without success ..

My switch boot just the logo of Reinx or Atmos but after Nitendo logo I got a black screen..

I'm tied.. I think I'll sell my switch hahahah

Last hope. If you have a working config, can you shre your FW and your SDCARD files ?

Thx

Mines just arrived it took just over a week to get delivered i was expecting it to take about 30 days.

I've updated it to the latest firmware 1.1 but do i need to add the latest version of the Fusee Payload to use 0.84/0.85 of atmosphere

I would just to be safe. It's likely that the payloads included on the device are outdated.

Absolutely

Since my first unit had a battery problem, I decided to buy another one and it finally arrived this week! Hopefully this one does have the 3 months standby time as advertised. Also, mine already came with firmware v1.1 out of the box, so that's nice I guess. The USB cable is twice as long as well. No idea if the payloads were updated though, I have already replaced them just to be sure.
