yeah other than trolling I'm not seeing the point of this poll or the majority of replies - no games NEED 7.x yet and you can't play online with CFW anyways, so why update past 6.2? I mean today I pulled my old 3.0.2 switch out of it's box, did all the backup stuff and then installed SX OS and created the hidden partition emuNAND, then updated the emuNAND to 6.2. NUT and SX installer serve me the games and remove the few requirements for 7.x updates from the few recent updates. From all the hassles I'm seeing with users on 7.x and issues with installing files on other CFW then I'm glad with what I've got. Because it works. But I understand different people have different requirements and want to use different CFW - so use your freedom of choice and don't be spuds :)

There are basically two possibilities.

1) TX will discover their own TSEC exploit.

2) TX will implement sept with the Atmosphere splashscreen.

The latter seems the simplest, they’d just have to swallow a bit of pride.

Also, why are they wasting time on that bloated SX Installer? Their code monkeys should focus on the CFW.
It's not them working on it. blawar sold out to them and develops the "shill installer". That basically means they are doing nothing right now. They are still waiting for leaks/offers for the keys/exploit.

And i hope they get neither. They don't deserve it.

I've been an actor fulltime, I love bringing smiles to people and aslong as I'm not harmful I see not what could be wrong.
You're just a massive nuisance and confusing less informed users around the temp. If you kept your bullshit at EOF where it belongs, okay, no harm done, but you also crap over regular threads with your misinformation all the time and that's where the harm is at.

Maybe because SX Installer needs to be well maintained for use with the stargate piracy service? I think that's where they see the best potential for profits in the future, not the CFW. Sad for users who can get their own warez and don't care about it.

For those wondering about the current boot code order for atmosphere and how the order goes...

Brom -> fusee primary -> fusee secondary -> bootrom -> sept primary -> tsec -> sept secondary -> bootrom -> sept secondary -> fusee secondary

Edit: So TX would need a way to follow this boot chain + have tsec eploit of their own

3) TX will steal Atmosphere code and pretend they did it.

Lowest hanging fruit right there

Hes quiet because there is nothing to say. Until they optain the keys or the exploit to optain the keys they are out of luck. And rightfully so. They have long enough leeched from open source projects which don't earn anything for their work.

Option #4: SX release an update that adds MasterKey7 support to 6.2, effectively negating the need for 7.0/7.0.1 CFW for the moment. Or they can just take the hit and show the dumb splash screen. Doesn't really matter either way.

People report you almost daily :P
I don't mind Volthax that much. Just concerned that his/her trolling is misleading people who are new to the scene. Remember that the account started as WiiuGold though.

TX doesn't know how to crack 7.0
SX OS isn't their priority anymore, now they are on the stargate nx launch
You mean TX doesn't know/can't copy 7.0 support from atmosphere without the Sept bootscreen.

I see SX OS going the way of Gateway now. It's had it's run and Gary will most likely go into hiding again and wait until a new console comes out and gets hacked. Then the cycle will repeat.

I know TX takes a lot of "inspiration" from Atmosphere and its developers, but its been quite a while now since Nintendo dropped the 7.0.0 update and we haven't seen anything at all regarding SXOS being even near to support it... last thing we got was a "hot fix" to make EmuNAND 6.2 great again.

What are they doing? Wen will they drop the next update? Do we have to wait for Atmosphere to be done and add support for 7.0.0 in order to get it for SX OS?

When do you think the next update will drop?
Sucks that I went to do a system restore and automatically it did a system update. Now I have two systems with two sxos pro licenses and not working. I'm not in a rush. I'll wait for the new 7.0.1 support from sxos. I don't want to burn any fuses. Can't wait to have them up and running again. This time I'll make sure I do a emunand backup for future reference.

It may never be coming because they don't want to own up to stealing from atmosphere.

Just move to Atmosphere and get sigpatches if you're bothered about 7.0.1 support. I'll help you transition over if you wish.

I would love to have it up and running. The only thing is that I own two sxos pro. Would I burn any fuses? Would I have to buy any other program to do that?
