Hacking Updating from PS3 CFW

I was wondering if it is possible to update firmware directly from PS3 CFW. Because I'm currently on 3.57, I want to upgrade to 3.65 for obvious reasons. I was wondering if I could put the actual updates needed on my PS3 with CFW. I searched this whole site for this and didn't find anything on this, that's why I'm asking.

As far as I know, there's no PS3 homebrew to send arbitrary updates to Vita... or actually anything related to Vita

why don't you update it via qcma offline mode? update into 3.60 is the best choice.
