Homebrew eShop ban 002-0121

I was recently banned from the eShop after formatting my 2DS, so I have no CFW. I formatted because my FBI wasn't working correctly after I updated to 11.9, I wanted to get homebrew for it but that requires the eShop... Any help?

i've cfw'd before, before i got banned and before i updated to 11.9

To get the latest homebrew for 11.9, I need a friend code from the Friend List app, and I can't get a friend code since my 2DS can't access Nintendo servers.

oh wait i think i know what your talking about, you need eshop to download an app like steel sub diver for an exploit or something? correct?

if you have cfw already you dont need anything other than that. just update files yourself. a ban is not going to stop you from doing that.

unless he had a very old cfw, it can never be removed with a system reformat. That stuff is written right to the core of the 3ds with firm protection. He would need the finalizing steps again.

Boot into God mode 9 then find the file with the system serial number and Change 1 number DO NOT CHANGE NOYHING BUT THE SERIAL IN THE FILE IF YOU NEED I'LL LOOK IT UP

to unban a replacement Public or (Private) LFCS_B to replace your banned one in your CTRNAND thru GodMode9 i dont know if the last public Seed on *That* Iso site is still unbanned or if it got banned allready, i'm using a private one that i cannot give out. ( a friend's system's LFCS_B)

you realize ninty already clued into this years ago. They dont ban serial number by itself. They need to use 3ds.guide and do the finalizing steps to get back what they need.

the only unban method is the LFCS_B replacement and oneday we dont know if that'll get up n blocked.

Not true he still has CFW just he has to reinstall fbi

Get the Godmode9 firm and put it in /luma/payloads and then inject fbi to h&s with megascript if you need guide I will provide unlike these others they say go to Google I'm fine with it
