I downloaded all the cores off RetroArch, then updated them. I've done everything that I can do. Must all be sided with the Album then I guess. Screw it, if installing the NSP fixes all these dumb menu and core issues, I will just risk it and do it anyway.
Simply download all of the cores with the most recent nightly, that should update them all.
Go fresh with the settings, and try Atmosphere as m4xw said for N64, that should alleviate almost all of your issues.

So basically, this tutorial stems down to I choose a specific game from my library, but modify it so it also loads the homebrew menu if I hold a certain button. I guess Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is a good choice since I will be modding it the most out of any other game I have, so it might as well load the Homebrew Menu.

Oh, nevermind, game cards can not be read in RCM Mode at all.

Anyone know what to do if I'm in RCM Mode and trying to read game cards? And also, I did install an NSP for RetroArch, but that menu changing still happens. I load it in ozone, boot up a game and then it loads into glui anyway.

Oh yeah, by the way, thanks for helping me with the menu not moving, whoever said that earlier. It still does the changing thing, whether or not it's in NSP form, but at least it moves again. N64 games don't run as good as I'd like them to, but it's a good start anyway. Since homebrewed Switchs appear to not be able to read carts, I am in trouble there.

You can still play game carts on cfw.

Hey everyone, I didn't want to make another thread for this small problem but since you all are talking about it maybe you could help.

I'm trying to run a PSX Rom (Pepsiman) in retroarch with PCSX-ReARMed core, already added Bios too. The game loads fine but at the main screen where it says 'Press Start', it gets stuck right there after I press the start (+) button.

The weird thing is, it runs with same core and bios and same files on PC. Is there anything which can resolve this issue?
