ROM Hack Question If my nintendo 3ds got ban

my nintendo switch account gonna be banned too ? I use the same NNID and I don't know, I have hack my 3ds a long time ago and have benefit of a lot of thing but i'm scared, if my 3ds get ban one day, my nintendo 3ds account (the same than switch I guess) gonna be ban too ? Or worst my switch gonna be ban completly?

although they are both on the same nintendo account a ban will not affect cross console . . . if your 3ds gets banned your switch is safe and vice versa

so if i'm just playing online on my 3ds for sm4sh and pokemon (cia version) and eventually get ban it's just gonna be a console ban and not an nnid ban ?

edit : sorry for all the questions I just really don't want to loose anything on switch/account because my 3ds

first i want to point out that this wont get you banned . . . now if say you were cheating in pokemon (or smash) online and you got banned it would just be from the games servers . . . if you play new games before they release you will get a console ban . . . nnid bans are extremely rare on 3ds and as the architecture of the 3ds and switch eshop are very different from each other . . . basically the only way to get a nnid ban is on the switch and the 3ds eshop will still allow your account access. iirc

thanks for the answers, I was just scare about my nintendo switch because i have buy a lot of digital game, my 3ds is only physical games and I have nothing to loose on my 3ds eshop
I seriously don't care if my 3ds get ban but I would be so mad if something was happening to my switch, thanks again and sorry for all the questions i'm just a bit paranoid sometimes

Bans are not attached to accounts. It's just the console unique cert getting banned. Thats only in Playstation and XBOX
