Yes you can use hekate options but not cfw until Hekate gets updated.

Not directly. Youll need xci installer or convert manually then install.

So if we have Sdfiles from here https://github.com/AtlasNX/Kosmos/releases

Can't we just replace the atmosphere files and add the sig patches? or does it not work like that? hekate does something else in background and not just a launcher?

While Kosmos uses Atmosphere, it isn't identical to vanilla Atmosphere. However, you can have Kosmos installed then just load vanilla Atmosphere as an external payload - it will use the sigpatches bundled with Kosmos.

Is it also possible to create a nand-backup of 6.2.0 with hekate at this time and to play it in again once I would be on 6.1.0 again?
I ask bc I see no other chance how to get back to 6.2.0 since I don't want to use wifi on cfw, also I don't want use choidujournx.
