I agree that they copied code without permission. I don't agree that they are guilty of a crime. Determination of guilt is for the courts. That's why they exist.

What's the point in arguing if TX stole code or not? They bring things to the table other CFW don't. The #1 feature for me is keeping my 1TB SSD plugged into my dock (or switch on the go) loaded with every game imaginable.
