Go to your last empty box and make the Pokemon you want with all the info filled in. Now look at the top next to the icon of the pkm, if it shows ! that means it will be detectable as hacked(still works). Once it shows as a check mark u simply drag the pkm into an empty slot in your box.

"Rare wild encounters & mystery gifts are not currently recognized." So those will be marked as hacked

can you share your .pkmn file and how do we open it? i tried using a mystery event from the data base to try to change to try to make it like the pokeball mystery gift but no luck thus far

So should I wait til they can be recognized as legit? I have already caught several rare pokemons from the wild and I don't want them marked as hacked.
Also, seems the rest of the missing Eeveelutions are also marked as hacked Does that mark effect or damage my savefile? And when the save editor is updated to support all rare pokemon as legit, will it fix saves that were already edited and marked by PKhex?

+1 for this. I asked a while back, but no takers. I was able to hex edit my credits, but that's about it. Infinite health, boost and weapon cooldown would be great. EXP cheats too, since every pilot needs to master things independently. Everyone is obsessing over Pokemon currently, so it will probably be a bit before anyone touches other stuff -_-

Try unchecking and checking the "auto" box next to CP. A lot of mine weren't showing as legit, but when I used auto CP, it marked them as legit.

I wouldnt worry about the rare pokemon not matching original game thing, thats just something that needs to be updated in pkhex

believe me, it's easier when you find the offsets for it yourself than waiting for someone to do it for you. The cheat engine is so easy to use that you can find and manipulate almost every value in the game.

but sxos only for fat32 to work.. im trying to install botw but file is too large.

Thanks it worked as you said but in a diffrent way i because i coudnt place mew into an empty box , so ensstead as i had two rattata i place de mew above one of the rattata and got replace but the Mew .
Then i save and replace witch checkpointer and it works great !!

Just use SX cheat searcher I did it straight away and got x99999999 nova straight off makes the game so much easier when you got to build armorys
