It'll be fine, I've gone from 1.0.0 to 5.1.0 then restored my 1.0.0 NAND then went up to 6.0.0 then restored it again and now I'm back on 5.1.0

Don't ask why lol but it's pretty simple if you follow the guides

Hey, another quick question since you are coming from 1.0.0 as well. Did you disable your game cart as well being that you are now above 4.0? Or is the GC updating still an issue?

I didn't disable mine cos I didn't know about it at the time so my fuse is burnt so if you want to use your puyo when you go back to 1.0.0 you need to disable it

If atmosphere was closed source SX OS wouldn't exist :P
Xecuter advertised their modchip on january 2nd and atmosphere started developing on january 18th.
Later on xecuter used some atmosphere code (like layered fs implemetation) but we would still have a cfw to play our backups regardless of the existance of armosphere.

Playing my xci's with sx os
I've said it a thousand times and I'll say it again. If you only care about piracy you won't care about atmosphere. The people who care about atmosphere are the ones who either care about homebrew more or are homebrew devs. Otherwise you already have your piracy in other platforms, which is the only thing you care about.

There's a big difference between having a modchip, and having a CFW

As if that proved anything...

When did TX announced they were working on patched unit exploit ? July ? August ? And where is it now ?
It's not because you announce a dongle that you have working prototype or code to run... We all know where (most of) TX code comes from, and we all know when first OS release was compared to atmo commits.

Main reason people want atmos is because of emunand to avoid ban.
Can you @SciresM and @_hexkyz_ officially state you dont care about pirate users getting banned and officially end any expecations/hope so they can move on?
