so i updated my console to 5.1.0 and i know theres burnt fuses now since i didnt use choi i was wondering can i still go back to 4.1.0 if i could?

You can, you will just need to bypass the fuse check by booting into RCM and sending a payload that doubles as bootloader and bypasses the fuse check (aka Hekate, ReiNX, SX OS V1.2+), However if you put a console into a sleep mode while it is running a firmware lower than the fuse count, then you will be unable to wake up from sleep mode.
