I know that. Wintermute can take as much time as he wants, but this tool is just there, and people can do whatever they want to with it.

It's precisely this attitude that leads to delays in things being released.

I get seriously demotivated by people taking the work I've done and just slapping it into their own projects without credit or acknowledgement. Especially when they ignore requests to not redistribute said work.

Please remove Flipnote Lenny from your archive and do not redistribute it or the accompanying files. My release page clearly says "Please do not rehost or repackage these files, link to this page to make sure people have the latest versions", I would be grateful if you respected that.

There are various aspects here that I dislike intensely, the main one is the complete and utter disregard for the safety of other people's hardware and dismissal of anyone who thinks it would be better if people modified their NANDs as little as possible. I don't really have the energy to go over this again - tl;dr; modifying a nand dump on a PC and then writing the entire NAND to the DSi is a risky procedure that should not be encouraged.

I'm also not majorly keen on people being encouraged to infringe copyright law by installing illegal copies of DSiWare - unfortunately as the law currently stands it is illegal to provide the means for copyright infringement however unfair you may believe that law to be.

This is a very simple tool. It can uninstall Unlaunch in just a few seconds, all you need is a decrypted NAND image! This tool has an untested feature that will install Sudoku+Sudokuhax. (You will need to get the .app file yourself) This is a .bat file, and you can easily see the source. I have left a lot of info about the program in the Readme, so be sure to read that. This tool is very safe. Please test your NAND with NO$GBA before you flash it to your DSi! That is the easiest way to prevent bricks.

If you have any suggestions, comments, or find mistakes or something doesn't work, please reply here or PM me!

once again sorry if this fails....

1.1 Released!!!
Instant HiyaCFW installation; instant CID/ConsoleID grabber!

NOTES: I have seen some people get confused... THERE IS A 0% BRICK RISK WHEN INSTALLING HIYACFW WITH THIS TOOL! This tool is a 3-in-1 tool. You can pick what you want to do, uninstall Unlaunch; install Sudoku+Sudokuhax; and Instantly install HiyaCFW. IT DOES NOT DO ALL THREE OF THOSE AT ONCE!

Another Thing: Some people don't like this tool. Literally, I went on the DSiBrew Discord server and WOW.... Almost everyone there was like "FOLLOW DSI.CFW.GUIDE AND NOTHING ELSE"... Just because I didn't make the guide or a well known person in the DSi scene doesn't mean you can't trust my tools. I'm just saying, if you want to try out this tool, please do that! I have received no positive feedback. So far only that FWTool 2.0 is included, like come on it isn't 1.6 and I don't tell people what to do with it.
where's the step by step instructions?

Well, I have a solution for including Flipnote Lenny. But I must ask, can I do this: download Flipnote Lenny directly from your site, have a script extract it and put it in the root folder where it originally was?

For the installing illegal DSiWare, If you mean installing Sudokuhax, I added that there so people can have an "instant" way to run boot.nds if they want to.

There really is no other way to uninstall Unlaunch than to restore a full NAND. I did make a TWLnf script, but nobody used it and now it's forgotten. The safest way, which is what I think, is to make a tool that will append the .tmd file back to 80 bytes.

I wasn't ignoring requests, but rather misunderstood them. I didn't steal the credit for Flipnote Lenny, I just wanted to put the best exploits in my program, and not giving users what is less than the best.

I will remove it, but could I have it download Flipnote Lenny directly from your site?

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Ez, just copy a nand.bin to the Relaunch directory and run Relaunch.bat and it will give you further instructions.
I"m talking about a full beginners guide. where and how do i get a nand.bin?

No. Please link to the release page. The point is to make sure people have the latest version and read the latest instructions before using the exploit.

Yes, I understand the reasons for doing it. I also understand the temptation to provide the means to do it. Unfortunately doing so is illegal and puts people at risk, especially when there is no legal way to obtain the vulnerable Sudokuhax.

It's simple enough to "uninstall" unlaunch, there's really no need to restore a full NAND. I thought unlaunch could uninstall itself though?

Personally I don't really think this tool is at all necessary, there are much better ways to go about this but ultimately unlaunch & hbmenu is currently all you really need to run homebrew.

I do all the steps on ReLaunch, but them i don't know how to flash the nand without unLaunch. I really want to uninstall unLaunch but i don't know how to restore my nand backup. Now i'm on a DSi with DSiMenu++ and i wanna to return into a factory mode (Booting directly to the internal NAND without a SD)

Sorry my english, and sorry because i'm beginner on this stuff

You need a hardmod to safely flash a NAND back to your DSi. Unlaunch boots to the internal NAND with no SD.

If you send me the TMD files, I will get started on an EU version immediately. I plan to add a region detector, and it will detect what region you are in. If you instead wanted to modify the Relaunch.bat file, you could do that.

Which .tmd file or files do you need exactly? I'm attaching a zip with some tmds (for dsi firmwares 1.4E and 1.4.5E). Are these useful to you?

Uninstalling Unlaunch with this tool is useless! Unlaunch 1.5 has an uninstalling feature!

Thanks for the info. Also, I'm sending some feedback on your tool (Relaunch V1.1B.zip):

Relaunch.bat

line 137 - 484e4145 should be 484e4150 for EU
line 139 - arrrib should be attrib
line 143 - 00000002.app should be 00000007.app

Also, your .bat file does not add the NO$GBA footer to the DSI-1.mmc file! Why does this happen?

But with your tool, we can get HiyaCFW without unlaunch, right?? That sound amazing!! I found this looking how to uninstall unlaunch and now I just need a way to have HiyaCFW without unlaunch (install and uninstall it is not a great solution)
