I guess they wan't to troubleshoot things and experiment mostly. I actually always wait quite a while before doing any update. I have a 3ds still on 11.2 and another one on 11.4. I see no reason to update. my wiiu is on 5.5.1. The only reason I updated my switches to 5.1 was because There was no real benefit on staying at 4.1 anymore and I wanted to get exfat support and more game compatibility.

They stated earlier that they consider it expected behavior (see GaryOPAs comments on how they believe it to be functional stealth mode).
but if it gives a fatal error as someone else said earlier in this thread, I would like to at least report it. Where can I go to do that?
No baby! What for? I confirmed it as well, directly on page 1 - and it was of interest to me since my switch didn't boot anymore with 1.7 on 6.0.0
What I was saying was that they never used it as marketing material to mislead people. And also how is it misleading when they publicly announce to everyone that they've removed it.
Need no Pics , but just wondering is xecuter gonna work with games realeased for 6.0 firmware ?? Because theres still no rips from 6.0 games .

Read their announcement again...They didn't say "removed"...They said "disabled".

Why is LayeredFS being "disabled" such a big deal. I swear the people complaining about it don't even have SX OS and is finding any way to shit on TX for charging for CFW.
No it's not...Removed means it's gone from the code and you can't use it at all, on any firmware...They only disabled it for those on firmware 6.0...I'm on firmware 5.1 with sx os 1.8, and I can use LayeredFS just fine.
BTW I'm not complaining about them "disabling" layeredFS...It's just that I see everyone here keep saying they "removed" the feature, when obviously they only disabled the feature for firmware 6.0...Hopefully it'll be enabled again in a future update.
