But wouldn't that require LayeredFS to work?Yes you can actually disable this yourself.
You can add this by adding the atmosphere creport main and main.npdm files to sd:/sxos/titles/0100000000000036/exefs/ .
Those creport files can be grabbed from for example SDFiles packaged by tomger, they are located under the atmosphere folder.
Ah, cool, but that is using LayeredFS as wurstpistole pointed out. Now other than that not working on FW 6.0 atm, I do recall you saying a couple months ago how LayeredFS seems to be what caused a number of bans.Yes you can actually disable this yourself.

Don't we have homebrew for this?Sx Os 2.0 update i hope they add video player.
But wouldn't that require LayeredFS to work?
For the record, the current update quietly removed LayeredFS.
Of course, removing a marketed feature from an earlier update is totally a smart idea and not at all misleading consumers about your product.
Another thing which has been addressed is the incompatibility of the current "layeredFS" implementation with firmware 6.0. SX OS will now automatically disable "layeredFS" support when running on firmware 6.0, preventing any crashes/hangs.
Why does it not require LayeredFS, though? I mean, it's a file that gets "layered" on top of an existing system title, why would this work without LFS? I genuinely don't understand it.No, this is not LayeredFS.
From what I gathered from earlier in the thread, they fully removed it, not disable it for 6.x.x."Quietly":
and dock modeHard drive support is hopefully what comes next in 2.0
and dock mode
They didn't remove it quietly. They publicly announced they removed it. They'll probably add it back within the next update or two anyway. Besides SX OS can already install NSP's without needing LayeredFS. Also if you like mods just use an older version of SX OS.For the record, the current update quietly removed LayeredFS.
They never marketed LayeredFS on their website nor used it as a reason to buy SX OS. How is this misleading?Of course, removing a marketed feature from an earlier update is totally a smart idea and not at all misleading consumers about your product.
How in the world would you get an idea Lila that? Of course it doesn't.I am afraid switch update 6.0 would erase all nsp and xci games save files. I don't want to start over again.

Stability.why some people are so eager to download FW 6.0 when it's not offically available?
