It's so that you can download things like dlc, updates and games you may have already bought on the system so it works as an incentive to not hack your system. Also I doubt most people with cfw installed would actually buy their games

i actually want to download a few games off the eshop Like outlast but obviously can’t because of being banned , so I’ll be forced to look elsewhere all Nintendo are doing is encouraging piracy and losing more money a better option would have been just to ban online play ..
Cause Nintendo hates you so much that they don't want your money.

The point is so that filthy pirates can't pirate games with stuff like eNXhop ;)

For the same reason you find it hard to get a job if you've got a criminal record, which ironically means you're more likely to need to commit crime to survive.

Trust. They don't trust you anymore. You just see that they have lost a couple of purchases, but they see that they've saved themselves from someone who can't be trusted. Who knows what damage you could inflict on them.

On a side note I found it easy to get a job after a stint in prison so unless you have a criminal record please don't make assumptions

"The startup’s name comes from the fact that an estimated 70 million Americans have a criminal record. That record, whether it’s an arrest without conviction or years or imprisonment, (and whether or not a conviction was for a minor crime like marijuana possession) often makes it much more difficult to find a job. One study found that white job applicants with a criminal record are about half as likely to be called back for an interview; black applicants are less likely to be called back in general, but those with a record are called back only a third as often as their peers. And, of course, many people with a record struggle to get to the interview stage at all."

The point is if you already abused their servers it makes no sense for them to let you continue to do so. It's not encouraging piracy if you are already a pirate.

On a side note they can't ban you from the CDN without banning you from eShop.

What? It's incorrect to assume someone will have a difficult time finding a job after having a criminal record? Your personal anecdote about doing a stint in prison is not that meaningful.

Nintendo only CDN bans if you already misused their servers.

Of course they will ban users from using their servers, if they are wasting bandwith for illicit reasons.

Wrong. They changed this 1-2 weeks ago, all bans are now CDN 'superbans' even if you did not use their CDN.

"Why does a store ban me from visiting it again after I stole their shit? Now they're forcing me to go elsewhere or steal more shit!"

Even if they ban you from the eShop, your actual Account is not banned so you can actually use the eShop from their website and still buy stuff if you think Nintendo is forcing you to pirate. The only thing Nintendo forces you to do when you're banned is buy a second console which most hackers tend to do in the first place. So they're not really banning you from the eShop, they're banning you from using that ONE console online.
