I Just Beat Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon, Then I Turn Off My (Luma3DS Enhanced) N3DSXL Thinking Nothing Would Happen. After I "Turned" It On... The Blue Light Came On, And After Half A Second. It Turned Off. Later I Took Out The Micro SD Card And Turned It On. It Booted To A Black Screen Saying, "An error has occurred: Failed to apply 1 FIRM patch(es). Press any button to shut down". After That, I Plugged the Micro SD Card Into My Computer (Running Windows 10) Using an R4I Micro SD Adaptor. It Read It But Proceeded To Play The Eject Sound Multiple Times. So I Unplugged It And Plugged Back In. This Time... Nothing Happened. So I Started To Think... "Is My 3DS SD Card... Corrupted? Or Is It My System?".

Any Ideas Of How To Fix This? Please Help Me...

Oh And GodMode9 Still Booted, I Didn't Make A NAND Backup Ethier...

Yah, what @ry755 said.

The Thing Is, I Can't Read The Card. So Would I Still Be Able To Use That App?

Ignore Windows File Explorer if it doesn't acknowledge that SD card. Find and obtain a recovery program that will read the card and copy your files over to your computer. Check this list out:
You can try the free edition of Recuva to see if you have any luck retrieving your files. If you don't have luck with that, I also recommend EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard. It's a paid software, but there are other ways to get it...

If you have spare SD card that's the same size or larger than your main card, reformat that one as FAT32 + 32 KB cluster. You'll need guiformat if it's bigger than 32 GB. Check the empty card for hardware defects using H2testw in a Full Write + Verify test before using it. If it checks out normal and if you were able to save your 3DS files, copy a setup over onto that spare card.

The reason why you don't want to reuse your main card yet is to prevent accidentally overwriting or deleting your setup.

Check if the n3DSXL boots into HOME Menu. Verify all your games and saves are intact. If they are, continue with updating the CTRNAND with Luma3DS v9.1.

As for your main card, you'll have to reformat it and check it's health status with H2testw. You may need to resort to SD Memory Card Formatter.
  • If SD Memory Card Formatter can't save it, nothing can. your card is dead.
  • If at any point the card fails in the H2testw verifying process, your card is either fake or dying.
  • If it instead instantaneously passes the H2testw, your card is locked in Read-only mode due to worn out NAND cells. This too means it's dead.
  • All three of the above bulletin points requires you to retire or junk that card. Check my signature for micro SD deal; SP brand sells cards smaller than 256 GB.
