At the moment, SX OS is the only CFW to offer pure .XCI support along with .NSP support while ReiNX only supports .NSP games. However, you can convert some .XCIs into .NSP format to work with ReiNX. Oh and ReiNX supports the nogc patch which is only useful for people who update without burning fuses from a firmware below 4.0 to one above.
Not all games are converted properly. The blame falls on the tool, not on the CFW. Originally, .XCIs converted into .NSP worked on SX OS but there were still some games that wouldn't work and those problem games carried over into ReiNX.Are there any known issues with converting XCI to NSP?

The tool's fairly new and support for ReiNX is newer still. Not to mention the list of .XCI exclusive games are abysmally small to begin with. I have not seen any such list.Is there a list of games that aren't converted properly?

Atmosphere is still a WIP so its not available for public usage. However ReiNX is highly derived from Atmosphere so expect the two to be a little similar when it is fully released.I see. What about Atmosphere?is that similar to ReinX?
atmosphere is the base of all CFW, but is incomplete right now, is said that it will be release on the next weeks but we dont know whenI see. What about Atmosphere?is that similar to ReinX?

Well Atmosphere has other plans such as EmuNAND support that ReiNX won't feature so eventually Atmosphere will eclipse ReiNX. The whole point of ReiNX is an easy-to-use CFW while Atmosphere's design philosophy is replacing the entire OS of the Switch to allow the user to do anything they want (with the proper support implemented). If ReinX/Atmosphere obtain XCI support, are they basically the same at that point?

Switching between CFWs basically entails moving around some files on your SD card and sending a different .bin fileAh I see. Are hacks easy to switch (pun intended)?
If I wanted to use ReinX for now, but change to either Atmosphere or SX OS Pro (or vice versa), what would that process entail?
Sounds simple enough.Switching between CFWs basically entails moving around some files on your SD card and sending a different .bin file

Do you know if EmuNAND is planned for SX OS Pro?

- Q: Does SX OS support Emunand?
A: Currently it doesn't. This is a feature we can add in the future, but it is low in the priority list because of the small interest to the general public. But because Xecuter SX is also used by advanced users, we will add Emunand support at some point.
If we're talking about the SX Pro then the main advantages are .xci support and the dongle which makes it a portable solution. You can get around the portable aspect by using NX Loader but .xci loading is yet to be supported by anyone else.
Are the other tools tethered? And are XCI support and portability the only main differences?
