I tested about 10 game dumps with SX OS. All but a single one are showing the game name and a cover when accessing the album.

The one that doesn‘t is Crash Bandicoot, the name is showing the file name, the cover is a white box and version/publisher is unknown. When I mount it, the cover is shown on the home screen and it is working fine. So just a cosmetic error that bugs me.

I searched and found, that some say it is because of Mac and hidden files that I had to delete (I have Windows and there are absolutely no hidden files) or that the SD card is fake or bad (not the case).

What can I do? I deleted the game and tried again, I renamed it but it does not help at all.

In my case, it was a fake card. Only showed two, three games, the rest, white boxes. A real pain. Got back to my old SD card, and all of them magically where there.

Card is working fast and fine. Sandisk directly from Amazon, no Reseller. Found in another thread, that two others had problems with Crash too.

Might be crc error. Overwrite the affected game and retest. If that does not work, download another copy (download might be corrupted)

I have the same problem with Crash. Haven't played it much but it seems fine, maybe its just a bad dump?

EDIT after reading KTroopA's post : I'm on 4.1.0 and FAT32 so it's definitely a possibility. For me its not worth it for now to update or use exFAT - I have high hopes for Lakka

I had this same issue just with crash. I fixed it by upgrading to 5.1.0 and getting the exFAT update. everything works perfect now. bit extreme but I think Crash is a bit 'funny' with FAT32

Thank you guys, good to know that I'm not alone. I'm on 4.1.0 and FAT32 too, so that really may be the error.

Not worth the upgrade at the moment for me, I don't really need 5.1.0 or exFAT at the moment.

Yeah, same here. Fat32 and 4.1.0. Crash is the only game that shows a 'white box' but works fine.
