Luma 3DS has sig patches, I have seen no problems on GBAtemp regarding it.

I do agree that he is a little... aggravated? But without him, I wouldn't have know that those files were not allowed to be hosted here.

Fair point. Also, GBATemp mods are not as fast to notice things as the rest of us since they handle most of the site so they do have to rely on someone else to report it if not themselves (which again is asking a bit much for a mod). Anyways, the matter has already been taken care of so no point in dwelling on it anymore.

Dude I removed the files after I found out the legality issues... They were up for only a few minutes.

I know and a mod can't fault you for already removing them (they would do it for you if you hadn't). At least it wasn't malicious brick code.
