You cant build an nsp without a cert/tik and xml file

you also cannot use nca from xcis since ncas in carts have a flag set to say they are not from eshop. Yes that means they cant be isntalled and no sx os sig patching currently doesn't patch out this i emailed them about it last week so maybe it'll be in the next sxos version

also the nsp format is just a container, just the ones that the switch can install follow certain specifications. Though I believe the cmnt.xml isn't needed, and the order in which the files are repacked doesn't matter.

uwu i thought when we were testing it they packed weirdly if the files weren't added in the correct order

I tried this tool with xci and nca files and it doesn't work, i doesn't install, i ended downloading the nsp file drectly. Don't waste your time using this.

as i previously said look at the order of files in a working nsp, you have to give the packing script all the files in the right order otherwise it doesn't pack properly
