Hacking RELEASE nspBuild - Build NSP files

Anyone have any luck? I've got a 'exefs' folder and romfs file but the files it creates aren't working.

I hate to state the obvious here; however, this tool was built as a proof of concept before the resulting output binary could even be tested.

An untested tool that doesn't function when actually put through the ringer. The conclusion is, once again, obvious. It doesn't function as intended.

too good to be true, pushed xci into the python app and it converted it to nsp but trying to install them through the devmenu no dice :l
wish theyd work.
says installable content is not found.

with no extention on, if I name it as .nsp and try and install it, that gives me the error mentioned before:

"Installable content is not found. Confirm the nsp file."
(result: 0x000000a05)

Maybe you need a Cert and a tik file.

where do you get them?
i wish it was easier to have it converted, i will probably just redownload some of the games in nsp format.
so no need to worry about converting.

but im only curious to see if the games save file will work or not.
also are updates saved separately from the xci files ?

in case i delete game e.g puyo tetris (its xci file) will the update be deleted as well ? what about the save file ..? would not want to lose the save file.

You need Sig Patches for Game Start.

you also cannot use nca from xcis since ncas in carts have a flag set to say they are not from eshop. Yes that means they cant be isntalled and no sx os sig patching currently doesn't patch out this i emailed them about it last week so maybe it'll be in the next sxos version

yeah I know I realised after posting I thought it was some retard claiming work as his own then i checked op and realised this was the psot from before cdnsp

you gotta add the files in the correct order otherwise it builds wrong, look at the way theyre stored in other nsps

where can i get cert/tik and xml files? and if i manage to get them should i place them with the XCI and drag them drop on the script?

When you the cert etc. have you must extract the xci to nca etc. and than drop the files in the tool
