Hardware Switch Bricked Because I Removed the SD Card Reader While It Was On

I was messing around with my switch's hardware like an idiot while it was on and i accidentally removed the SD card reader while the switch was on. The switch thought i just removed the SD card only but i actually removed the whole reader thingy and it told me to restart but when i restarted the switch I couldn't get passed the boot logo. I can't access recovery mode but i still can access RCM mode. Is there anyway that I could fix this issue?

2. Putting the reader back
3. Flashing the NAND and putting the reader back

is there a tutorial on how to flash my NAND because I'm still learning to do modding stuff

Did you make a nand backup before you started with SX OS?

Well,as much as everyone that reads this cringes at the thought,I'll try to help you as best I can. Looks like something got corrupted, but you might be able to recover.

Do you know which firmware version your switch is on?
Do you have a windows PC?

Lastly,the guide I'm going to point you to is a very long process,it can be scary but it might be the only way you can recover for now.

Lastly,you going to lose your saved data in the process unfortunately

I don't think the card reader is causing the bootloop and I absolutely can't ask nintendo to repair my system because I don't have a warranty

We couldn't get this to work.
Seems something else corrupted that we are unable to fix

the sdcard reader pcb connector is near some power regulator inductors...
