If you install DLC so DLC stuffs will be change to accessible and shown up in game, so no need to replace the save.

I'll still need to find a save without DLC, even if it's disabled, I still have all the items for clearing the DLC in my inventory...why is so difficult to fiind a normal no DLC no modded with cheats Switch save?

It appears that uploaders only had save with DLC, unfortunately.

You can try to join the Discord server and ask them if they have a save with no DLC - https://discord.gg/AS4ufAs

It may take a while to find a save like I did with DKC: Tropical Freeze.

Is there a way to backup a savefile out of layered backup loader to use on the sx os? I used a donor game so whenever i get to backup, I cant proceed cuz all it shows on the checkpoint app is my donor game, the game i want to backup isnt there

Yes, I do have this save with 99% that I downloaded long time ago but you need DLC to get work.

This save isn't mine since I found one from Discord server that got nuked few weeks ago.

You can if you are good with hex editing but I don’t know to use hex editing for complicated saves.

Mario Kart 8 for Switch had rework, such as add new characters, new power items, carry 2 items at same time and new battle maps that are missing in Wii U version.

All characters and tracks are unlocked by default, exception of Gold Mario.

Here is my untouched save file dumped using Y'allAreNUTZ. I pressed the "A" button and when it was finished, zipped the contents of the save folder and renamed it.

This is a one-time regular playthrough.

I am at 710 hours played.

-All 900 Korok seeds

-All DLC bought and beaten

-Map at 100%

-Every quest and sidequest unlocked and beaten

-Everything unlocked and every item (including Kilton's medals, photos, etc.) except for a couple of amiibo costumes

-The Master Cycle

-All 120 shrines beaten

-Maxed out inventory (bow): Savage Lynel Bow 32x5 damage

-Maxed out inventory (weapon): Savage Lynel Crushers ranging from 78 damage to 102 damage

-999 of every arrow but ancient

-200 hours spent trying to collect 999 of everything - there are a lot of items that I was able to get to 999 - most items have 100's

-Nearly 100 Star Fragments

-Nearly 100 diamonds

-House is built and stocked with the Champion's gear

-All 4 Divine Beasts beaten

-Maxed out stable with the Giant Horse, maxed out horse and all horse gear

-Much, much more.

I have 5.1.0 and Checkpoint works great. I wrote a instruction to follow.

1) You need SD card (any size), USB Type C cable and jig or paperclip
2) Download Checkpoint - https://github.com/BernardoGiordano/Checkpoint/releases
3) Download CFW folder from Hekate-SDFilesV3.zip
4) Download Payload from there - https://gbatemp.net/threads/hekate-with-fixed-sleep-mode.506254/
5) Copy all folders from Hekate-SDFilesV3.zip to your SD card
6) Copy Checkpoint.nro to switch folder in your SD card so put in your Switch
7) Download TegraRcmSmash from https://switchtools.sshnuke.net/
8) Put Switch in USB Recovery Mode, known as RCM by use paperclip or jig on right rail and hold the volume + and power at same time, so your Switch will be in black screen
9) You have to follow their instruction to install the APX driver by run zadig (you can get one from https://zadig.akeo.ie/), look for APX and find libusbK (v3.0.7.0) to install the driver.
10) Drag the payload to TegraRcmSmash
11) Look at Switch screen and find CFW to run
12) Go to Album so wait for Homebrew to load
13) Run the Checkpoint
14) Select the game of your choice
15) Follow onscreen instruction to extract the save file by click on Backup and input the name of your choice *For example, Pika*
16) Turn Switch off and take SD card out
17) You can find save file starting with switch folder > Checkpoint > saves > *Game Name* > save folder name that you input in Checkpoint like Pika for example
18) Download save of your choice to replace the existing save or make a new folder to put new save in, same as above.
19) Use restore via Checkpoint to inject the save into game

i did same as all the above steps only thing I did differently is used sx os instead of hekate. when I restore save and launch the game it starts from the beginning.

got it working my save game was corrupt so had to delete the save and then restore. can u prove me save game till Akkala Tower?

Awesome! Thank you! I can focus on the story now while enjoying the game.
Now to focus on getting Shulk and Fiora to be usable in Alrest x_x Damn T-rex is a pain, especially those damn enemy waves... If only there was a save out there that had them already unlocked @_@ Or a save with max stats on every character.
