No, before the ban I just used XCI games that were single player or local multi, now after the ban is where I'm installing NSP via DevMenu. To be clear I can access eShop via Chrome Browser fine, and can buy games, they say "download should start on the Switch" but it never starts.

Ya so that's weird, that sounds like you somehow stumbled into a full CDN ban, unless I am unaware of some step along the way. I think its normally supposed to download normally with no issue from a browser purchase and in fact some have been doing that very thing in here.

Go to users and select "Update Download Progress". This is what PatrickD85 did.

I've got to give credit where credit is due. He is the one that discovered this trick. I keep forgetting to add it to OP. Anyways, so far the only use for eXhop is in case you delete any software you installed. You can retrieve anything that you have never downloaded or archived but nothing that you have downloaded then deleted so far without eXhop.

Can you elaborate once you have calmed down? If you say you saw the 2142-4007 and then the next minute you didn't, that's very strange to say the least.

Happened recently, like probably an hour ago or something, I got a error message when opening Mario Tennis (the only one I ever got in SX OS) which was exactly one week ago, i can't play woomy 2 anymore

Also did not use the CFW at all online, I'd make sure I was always in Airplane mode

There's my report I did literally ten minutes ago, unfortunately I didn't catch the error code because I was disappointed in my self that after all the caution I couldn't stop getting banned so when I saw the error code I just quickly clicked off but for sure there was a 2142 for the beginning

1. You didn't answer this question but I just want to make sure. Are any of your certificates banned? (error code 2124-4025)
2. You used SX OS but did not indicate the lowest version you used (e.g. 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3)
3. You're not banned but you can't access the eShop on your Switch?

If GameStop sold used Switch game with banned certificate, so you can return and tell them that cartridge won't work with online so they likely to give a new game for trouble if it isn't out of print.

If out of print, so they attempt to find different used game if available, or full refund but I don't know if you get a free download redeem code to download the game from eShop.

1) i think that means if i cant play a game on my switch and to my knowledge, no the only error related to that i ever got was opening mario tennis aces which gave me a console crash while in cfw tennis aces was a xci file i downloaded

3) I opened the eshop immediately after I got off of CFW because my brother wanted to play Odyssey, and when I put in my wifi credentials and opened eshop i got an error, and i let him play balloon world, and when i went to get footage for the error message suddenly the eshop loaded like normal for both accounts on my switch

So then this means you can access the eShop after all. If you don't remember the error code, that is fine. There's actually several 2142 error codes that aren't related to being banned.

Has anyone been banned without doing anything regarding hacking online?

Obviously turning on airplane mode before booting into OFW.
And clearing logs before booting into OFW.
But also keeping all hacked content (games, updates, dlc, etc) on SD and removing it before booting into OFW.
Not doing any updates to hacked content whether it be in OFW or CFW.
By extension this means not utilizing DevMenu (I believe SX OS is working on an offline installation?).

I'm operating under these rules with the hope that there will be a way to repack xci files on PC with any updates/dlc in the future.
