Briefly: this app won't be updated anymore.
Why? as I'm working on a multipurpose tool (NSPower), I've decided to add audio (And video soon) playback directly as another option of NSPower. sys-play will continue, of course, as I plan to add many stuff. Anyway, first I want to release NSPower and finish some stuff with Brew.js, plus other ideas i plan to work on.
Anyway don't worry, as this project is not dead!

Most likely not, there are a limit to what homebrew can do with. You'd need to have something like NTR or the FTP server that can run at the same time as Horizon OS.

Tbh I could try a sysmodule kip, like sys-ftpd, but it's pretty complex, good idea anyway

I found a bug, when you have a lot more music, the app doesnt scroll down so half of the songs are offscreen, and pressing the play button when there is no song crashes the switch.

Devs making apps for free to fix what a billion dollar corporation has missed out. Switch should of been able to do what this app does anyway, and soon they plan to make you pay for online.

I'll try fixing some issues tomorrow, but SDL2 is still a bit poor, so try not overloading the app.
Anyway I'm working hard to port ffmpeg for homebrew (this means video support, yay!)

Currently B button stops the audio. I'm thinking that I should change it, maybe to "play looping", as stopping the audio usually causes trouble or messes up audio playback...
