@IngeniousDefault
For your information: The US version is identical to the European version. I tried it myself and the us config/json supports the german version from game.

When I try to edit manually the values of the savedata with Hex editor, after that the savedata is corrupt. Is this with checksum?

Thank you for letting me know. I'm not sure if I use this. I don't want to get banned but it's nice that such a tool exists.

@SleepyPrince I want to edit the value for the reputation in the town, so I can always steal from the residents.. I would have found the address.
But after I change that, the savedata is broken.

I haven't looked into town reputation, but from your image I can see one problem.
If you are trying to add the 2 FF (in red)
They should be after the black FF instead of before

They are all 0s in my save file and I haven't figured out what they mean, so I leave them out to not confuse people.
Have you try putting different values in them?
Yes, I know what they are. In the game there are various Nuts you can obtain. Feeding these Nuts to your character permanently increases their stats. The Doping section is where these stat boosts are stored. I'm still working with it however as the values input don't always equate to the boost you get. For example, I added 100 to my SP but in-game only got a boost of 80. I added 600 to my Accuracy but got 660 as a boost. I'm currently going through to see how much value each type of Nut adds in-game.

Nice findings. I totally missed the use of the nuts, will look into it when I got time.
I will unhide them in the template.

Does edit the level to reach 99 to give an easy mode like many RPG games or I have to use strategy to defeat?

Just popping in to say the EdiZon edit works great. No problems at all. I'll try out the 010 next and see what options it has.

Can someone give me a project octopath save? Pressed the wrong button in the save editor (my fault for being a complete dolt and not backing it up through checkpoint first) so I need a new one. Preferably one that has 5 or more characters already since I was doing good on getting the 6th. Any help would be appreciated, thanx.

Also different question. Does changing the lvl change the stats automatically? Or do I need to change the exp too?
