Right apologies, the 010 is now working! So at least I can edit if needs be many thanks for your help. The EdiZon still isn't working though. If I try and load a save of any game other than Octopath, I get to a screen where is states there isn't a JSON available however, when selecting Octopath the console freezes. If you have time to help I'd really appreciate it however, I can at least edit now through 010.

EDIT: Ok I've reinstalled EdiZon and not touched any other file and it's working now. I know that's not much help if anyone else is affected so apologies. Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.

i tried to run the template on the saving file and always get the error
*ERROR Line 138: Structs only allowed in templates. See 'RunTemplate' function to execute a template from a script.
any help with that?
Worked still the "raw" trick?
My chrome opens a new window and hows the entire file , i had to right click and then save as to get the file octopath.bt.txt then it worked...

Thanks for this, will Try tomorrow. Inactive characters don't get experience so I'm thinking of just editing this when necessary instead of grinding for an hour or two.

I was able to edit the save via 010, but Edizon freezes even with installing following OP directions. not sure what is wrong. works fine via 010

You edited the save with 010, and tried to inject the save back with Edizon right? How about trying to use CheckPoint instead? I have edited Octopath's save many times, but I always use CheckPoint, never had a problem.

if you edit by EdiZon, you are directly editing the save file instead of the backup, so there is no need to restore or else you will revert your changes.

I have a lot of items not on the list. All the seeds have a M and L version, plus I have some key items from my main's prologue. Plus, I've been buying at least one of each item and keeping it, so I have a lot of missing weapons. Working out the best way to submit them.

I'm level 79 with ~530000 exp. 79 to 80 needs ~35000 exp.

Just curious, is there any way to edit values quicker in ediZon? increasing gold takes a long time.
