Are there not some 7.442 billion living? Depending upon when you want to start the "when did we become human" clock, and assuming we are the only planet of humans in the universe, then that number there represents a significant percentage of total humans that ever lived.
Going with https://www.prb.org/howmanypeoplehaveeverlivedonearth/ (they put the mark at 50K years, arguments may be made for pushing it back further or bringing it closer to now) then about 7% of humans that have breathed have not died.

If you want real mind blown then looking at the average age of the population today and rate of advancement of medicine there is a not unreasonable chance that people will live for a few hundred years biologically. If you can do that then you can probably also live to tech made to have your mind uploaded. If you can do that then you might well live in one form or another until the heat death of the universe.

Depending upon population expansion rates and whether people continue with biological existence (or indeed continue to be something called human) it might be that that number goes from 7% to 99.99999.....9999% percent.
