I know the games not out yet but if the game uses the same save format as the Wii u version it would be possible.

If it has the same format then yes because we can already extract and inject Wii U and Switch files.

Here is a serious question: why you do feel the need to say this? There is always one person like you but I never understood it. Why do you give a flying fuck about how a random person on the internet plays their single player games? So much so that you try to change their mind?
