Hacking 3DS R4i Gold.cc cheats problem

So, I have a 3DS R4i gold.cc 2017 for my DS, everything works fine but the thing is, cheats do not work properly.
Some do work and some do not, even in the same game. Or even worse, cheats work in a different way.
Example:
Super Mario 64, the moon jump is reversed, you're supposed to press B to jump higher, but if I don't press anything, the character flies to the skybox limit, and if I press B, the character goes down.
Some cheats work fine like "unlocking everything"

What could this be?

Have you tried the cheats from here? The next update (v2.1) will have tons of new stuff along with some fixes to existing cheats.

If the cheats from here have the same issue then I recommend doing a cleanup on your SD card, something on there might be messing with the cheats and what not.

Thanks but nothing really changed, Im going to format the SD and see if it fixes something.

Seems to me like it's a huge kernel flaw, you could try YSmenu and see if that works:

nvm just found it, but I get a white screen and a blackscreen together

Uhm basically now it doesn't show up anymore, blank stuff, it's like there's no card in the DS. There's a way to recover it or can I throw it to the trash ?

WHAT?! YSmenu must have bricked it somehow then, I thought the YSmenu bricking days were over....wow?!, Yea you gotta get an upgrade my friend, sorry to hear that happened, YSmeny should have worked on that since I believe I saw it in the list of compatible flashcarts but I guess I was wrong.
