When i put my games on my SD card, they dont all show up in the SX OS game library, Im not sure if my SD Card is messed up or its something else. i've formatted and retried like 5 times.
None of them are card2 games and I've tried renaming them also.

I'm not sure what to do.

What firmware does your switch have and what games are not showing in the SX game library?

Cart2 games will not show up at all, that I can confirm.
Currently only has happend to me for Sushi Strike and Yoku's Island Express.
Still have to dump roughly 8 games for personal use also including Mario Tennis Aces.

Doom should work just fine btw.
@OmegaPikachu which games do not show up for you?

Please let us know if this game works with SX OS
No problem, I am currently transfering roughly 250GB of personal XCI dumps.
After that I am going to dump my remaining games and I will let you know then.
I am not sure if it is a cart2 game ... so fingers crossed at this time.

You gotta put the games in the root of your SD card. Also rename your files and delete certain symbols like *, :, ®, +, & etc. Just use letters only for the games

I also recommend no spaces and keep the filenames as short as possible. I haven't had one not work yet.

Make sure your sd card is formatted to exfat. Anything higher than 4 GB can be transfered and used

@Xdqwerty, Don't use games that have Easy Anti-Cheat as its been exploited many times.

@SylverReZ, I also heard one of the Prince of Persia games was so unfinished that it required the "24/7 online" drm so a puzzle could be done and the game could be finished. And that when the Ubisoft servers were closed the (cracked) game was impossible to finish or something like that
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, That's extra scummy. Ubisoft nowadays ship out incomplete games like Skull and Bones which was being worked on for nearly a decade now.

I like that games can be fixed after the fact, hate that it's being abused via beta tests... And DLC... I was a 7800 owner back in the day and loved Impossible Mission, turns out I couldn't beat it because it was actually impossible lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I never knew about it at the time but a fixed version was available but you had to mail in your broken copy lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
So that version is semi rare
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@Psionic Roshambo, I have a rom of the ds version of impossible mission
