LayerFS does, but it's more complicated, this tutorial only works with mania. But yes, it can work with many games. I've hacked odyssey using LayerFS

Do you think layerfs can be used to replace the roms in street fighter 30th anniversary to a different version of the game?

The tool included doesn't dump titles, it extracts and packs RSDK files. So if you find a tool that serves the same purpose, sure! I picked this one simply for simplicity.

Oh, I see. In that case can I dump the "Settings.ini" file so I can enable the dev menu?

not yet. It wouldn't be hard, however.

It's illegal for me to share it with you, but it's legal for you to dump it yourself, whichever way you choose to get it.

Got the one from my update, but when I extract it, there's a Data folder and an Unknown folder.
Do you know anything about that?

Don't touch the unknown, it's just files the decrypter couldn't decrypt. nothing to worry about, should be switch exclusive files that mods don't touch either. just put your mod files in the data folder. (I.e everything in your mod's data folder goes into the data folder for the switch.) then just encrypt again and enjoy!

Sadly, It still just hangs, with the correct text, but I can't do anything after that. Pic included for reference.

Hm. That's not normal. It should instead say "Log out detected. Returning to titlescreen." and then go to the menu. Perhaps a bad build of the game? Did you build the data folder with unknown and data in it, or did you build the data folder with files in it?

You should move all files, no matter what. You moving only one file is the cause most likely

I've tried it when moving all files, still crashes. I have an idea and I'll let you know If It works..
