Organizing is about reducing redudance as well.

Uh, there's no real advantage in not having the folder, and it looks cleaner, so. Especially when archiving different stuff. Using the same standard everywhere makes it a lot better. Maybe the Switch only has one file, but that isn't the case with everything.
