Hacking A question about Luma3DS

I have an old 3DS that was moded in the past, but for some reason (probably an oficial update or an SD card format) I've lost everything.
Now when I boot into system, the freeShop disapear and everything else. Only thing that I can do, is to boot into Luma3DS v6.6 configuration menu, by holding button Select pressed.
Is there anything I can do to restore my softmod or I have to do a new softmod by following this guide https://3ds.hacks.guide/?

if you can access luma config, everything is working as it should, you might just have formatted your system.
I suggest updating from A9LH to B9S and reinstalling everything important.

Definitely. Once it is hacked (which your is right now) it will work on any FW.

Everything worked smooth, FBI is back and more. The only issue I have, is about freeShop, it does'nt want to show the games available. I've done the "keys" thing in godmod9 and even I insert the keys site in update tab from freeShop settings, still not working.
I am missing something?

Delete either the 3ds/data/freeShop folder or the 3ds/freeShop folder (or both) then follow the freeShop setup instructions on the OP of the Noob Paradise thread.

Thx Quantumcat, it worked fine, very simple steps to follow. I am very glad that I've found helpful suggestions on this website from great people.
