How can you select different dooms without having to keep changing your doom wads in the route of your doom folder on your sd card also changing the screen to full like kgdoom? Apart from those little bits lovin it!

Finally got to try it out after watching your YouTube making of. Runs great on 4.1.0 and the music is also a very good addition. Somehow this port has some weird input lag noticed it while walking/looking and it the use key sometimes needs to be pressed several times to trigger a button or door.

If you want to compile your own version you need devkitpro with SDL2 and SDL Mixer install. download the source and make with 'make -f makefile.doom'

Worked super good since I read the whole post. Didnt realize this didnt come with game files just the files to load the game I was golden. Its beautiful man. Now all I need is an mp3/video player since nintendo seems to have its head up its own ass. *waits patiently as he knows its down the priority list*

Works like a charm for Chex Quest, which is all I could ever ask for in this world.

I did run into one instance where it just suddenly closed back to the HB menu shortly after saving, and I've had some trouble with not being able to open it back up again after closing the game (I'm gonna assume at least the latter is more because of buggy incomplete cfw than anything.)

Thanks for this mate had a few troubles getting doom2.wad working but i found that putting it in the doom folder near the nro. file thst worked:switch::sp::nds:

It looks like a real pain porting anything to the switch, you got any tips for someone who's completely new to porting?

I noticed that sprint doesn't work, so I tried adding joyb_speed 8 to the .cfg, but it still doesn't work. I know its not the trigger that doesn't register because I tried mapping it to the X button (3) as well and it still didn't work. I believe something else is stopping running from working.
